Dark green hexagonal crystal or amorphous olive-green powder with metallic sheen.
Specific gravity: 5.21g/cm3, Mons' hardness: 8.5-9, melting point: 2226±25℃, boiling point: 4000℃.
Insoluble in water or acid. Soluble in hot alkali metal bromate solution. Extremely stable against light, air, high temperature and corrosive gases. High covering power.
Application
Mainly used in smelting metallic chromium and chromium carbide, producing ceramic, grinding, polishing, pigment, printing ink,refractory etc.
Packaging
In paper-plastic composite bags, net weight for each: 25kg, or 40kg.
Notice
Store in dry places, avoid moisture, acid mist and sunlight.
It is forbidden to store with foodstuffs and acid product.
